DJ Grant Plant
DJ,
Producer and Re-mixer Grant Plant hails from Cambridge in the United
Kingdom. Well respected and regarded by his fellow artists and party
people as one of the best in his style, Grant is definitely someone
who knows how to rock a crowd. Beginning in a club in his hometown,
Grant now plays to a packed Friday of well-educated clubbers every
week as well as such power clubs as Ministry of Sound. With his ‘no
hype’ attitude, Grant has seen an 800 person strong congregation
gather every week for the last three years. Then once a month he
moves the party to the biggest venue in the East of England and
enthrals a loyal crowd of 2000 plus with his eclectic style of
trance, hard house and breakbeat.
Grant Plant has done it all!! Grant has established himself in
England playing regularly in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Norwich
and Cambridge; the list is endless…as well as spinning in other
countries including Ibiza, Australia, New Zealand, Holland, Ireland,
America and Wales. Playing for the UK’s premier promoters on tours
for Cream and Renaissance is just a taste of his skills.
Grant has recently performed in Australia and New Zealand and has
built a reputation of always rocking the party no matter what the
culture, his enthusiasm for his music can not fail in entrancing and
moving your soul. Playing all over the US and Canada including
prestigious clubs such as GIANT, Release, Nikita and Spundae, Logic,
Club Hedonism to name but a few. Look for him this summer in Ibiza
promoting and residing over God’s Kitchen, as the London club moves
for the season.
His recent producing credits including ‘Beats’, ‘Anymore’, and
‘Little Sun’ are being caned by the likes of Carl Cox (on his new
CD), Sasha and Paul Oakenfold. Look for his 12” on ‘More Tea Vicar’
in the UK. He is working in the studio (with what little time he
has) and will continue to produce funky beats while he is back home
in England.
Grant has built a reputation for heightening the energy at parties,
regardless of the culture and style, through his enthusiasm for the
music.
